The objective was to ensure high-voltage energy stability and distribution in regions experiencing increased load demand and network volatility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our Role<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>This EPC project was executed in partnership with German engineering teams, with our scope covering the complete engineering, procurement, and delivery of <strong>seven large-scale power transformers<\/strong>, varying in output from <strong>125 MVA to 250 MVA<\/strong>, across <strong>three voltage levels<\/strong> (330 kV, 220 kV, and 35 kV). These transformers were critical to ensuring redundancy, managing peak demand, and enhancing the stability of long-distance transmission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Key project phases included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Engineering design and technical validation based on Ukrainian network specifications<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Manufacturing supervision and quality assurance<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Coordination with German and Ukrainian regulatory standards<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Transportation and delivery to multiple substations across Ukraine<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>On-site installation guidance and testing procedures<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical Highlights<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Transformer Count:<\/strong> 7 units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Rated Capacity Range:<\/strong> 125 MVA \u2013 250 MVA<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Voltage Levels:<\/strong> Multi-voltage capability at 330 kV, 220 kV, and 35 kV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cooling System:<\/strong> OFAF (Oil Forced Air Forced)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Protection Features:<\/strong> Integrated digital relay systems, Buchholz relay, and temperature control<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Design Standard:<\/strong> IEC-compliant with adaptations to Ukrainian regulatory codes<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Outcome<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The successful delivery of this project in a multi-year phased approach played a vital role in bolstering Ukraine&#8217;s grid reliability during a critical time. Despite logistical challenges due to regional instability, the transformers were delivered on schedule and integrated into the grid without delays.
