The collaboration aimed to ensure delivery and commissioning of key electrical infrastructure\u2014specifically transformers\u2014within an accelerated timeframe, driven by the pressing need for grid stability and energy resilience.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Project Scope<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Our team was responsible for the engineering, manufacturing, factory testing, and international delivery of two high-performance 25 MVA transformers operating at 115 kV. The challenge was not only technical in nature, but also logistical\u2014ensuring coordination between Germany, our manufacturing facilities, and the final delivery site in Ukraine under constrained timelines.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Technical Highlights<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Quantity:<\/strong> 2 units<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Capacity:<\/strong> 25 MVA each<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Primary Voltage:<\/strong> 115 kV<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Cooling:<\/strong> ONAN\/ONAF<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Standard Compliance:<\/strong> IEC 60076<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Design Considerations:<\/strong> Dual-location coordination and grid-specific customization<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Factory Tests Conducted:<\/strong> Routine and type tests per IEC standards<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Logistics &amp; Delivery<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Given the geopolitical sensitivities and infrastructural limitations, logistics played a crucial role. The units were delivered through coordinated rail and road transport from central Europe into Ukraine, ensuring timely arrival despite regional complexities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Impact<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>These transformers support Ukraine&#8217;s goal of maintaining energy independence and stabilizing its power grid amid ongoing regional pressures.
